Leave it to Martinsville, Indiana to be the latest location in the tase-a-kid trend. According to this article, a couple cops decided to tase an out of control 10yr old at a daycare. As if that weren''t enough, in a "I already dun told yew" fashion, one officer then allegedly slapped the kid. Also, the police report conveniently omits use of said taser or slaptacular action.Sounds like it will be a fun lawsuit. Geesh. Whatever happened to a good ol' fashioned hog-tying?
