If you don't remember the post about a 10 year old girl who got tased, cops in Pueblo, Colorado tased a 10 year old 'out of control' boy. By the way, in the case of the girl the cop was fired not because he tased a child but because he didn't follow the department's YouTube friendly hilarious-ass tasing video recording policy. In both cases so far (I say so far because I'm sure there will be a high court case soon) the police say their use of force was acceptable. Huh.
