According to this article at Jalopnik, a group of teens were using nothing more than a color printer with photo paper and a red light camera to gain revenge on unsuspecting enemies. Maybe those wrongfully accused can summons the cameras to appear in court like this Georgia lawyer did. Either way that's agreeably one deserving opportunity for an evil laugh.
