How are Medicare, an $8000 PC and a $150 iPhone app related? Well, Medicare will only pay for an $8000 PC that can only run care-related software when a $150 iPhone app is available to do the same thing. Seriously? Remember kids, this is the same government that wants to run some universal public option health care... and they're going to do it without new taxes! This can't possibly fail!

How are Medicare, an $8000 PC and a $150 iPhone app related?
