Fountain Girl & Stuff

First things first, congrats to Tony on the new gig and haha to Rick on the new ride. May Rob bust on your grocery-getting plast-o-mobile until soccer balls fall out of the hatch. It's only fair since you rode him harder than Ron Jeremy video.

So, anybody else catch the video of the texting chick that walked into a fountain?


Yeah, that's poor. I figured she was some 16year old texting her girlfriends about the upcoming episode of Skins. It turns out she's a 49year old mall worker who, after being outed by some guards with a video camera, has been covered on just about every tech blog and even made a "boo hoo, me" appearance on Good Morning America.

Now, here's my suggestion. That's all well and good but if she were say, out on bail facing 5 felony charges, face time on TV probably wouldn't be my first choice of things to do. As the article says, that probably explains why she had such quick access to an attorney who will most likely sue the mall. Now, it does scare me that some minimum wage mall security guys are not only watching us do stupid things at the mall (caution: man-ass) but they're posting it on youtube. After the shock wears off all I can say is, "For that, we thank you." - take that Daniel Tosh.
