Obama Picks.... The Saints

I happened across The ABC Nightly News and the high-definition picture drew me in like Pavlov's dog. So, I walk across the room to fix some dinner and sit down to realize that the remote is back on the couch. Drat! As the commercials end, an interview with our very own president Obama airs. Among the questions, the host asks for his Superbowl pick to which he responds both teams are good but he hopes the Saints win. His reason? Pardon the paraphrase but it was some crap about all the things New Orleans has had to endure over the last few years. He completes the brilliance with, "They just need this." Don't get me wrong. New Orleans has had it's share of bad luck but what do you expect for a city that's basically under water and after Katrina decimated the area had it's Superdome rebuilt to the tune of $115 MILLION in FEDERAL taxpayer dollars. They don't need that. They need rehabilitation. A football game played in Florida won't do crap to help this city other than giving a few drunk guys a tale about a win. So, in response to our albatross' most recent prediction... bah. Go Colts!
