The US Continues to Pee on the Constitution

I was perusing Doug's Workshop when I came across this post that talks about an update on the White House blog describing proposed new restrictions in oral communications regarding the Recovery Act. In short, they are proposing that NOBODY in America can talk to government officials about specific projects but rather these conversations must be disclosed on the internet. Sounds good... much easier to ignore delete censor retain... that's the one. One step closer to removing the First Amendment by slowly restricting free speech to death. If nothing else, I found myself a new favorite button.
