Qdoba, Who is "Do Not Change?"

I was out to lunch with my friend Tony. I usually never read receipts. This one was sitting next to my fantastic burrito so I read it. Now, I'm left asking who is "Do Not Change?" The folks at Qdoba didn't know either. I didn't press the issue. I like having phlegm free food.
