6. The Cash for Clunkers bailout ends up costing us up to 30% more for cars in the middle of a never ending recession. It's almost as if people predicted the bailouts would be a failure (in 2008), banks continue to fail (at almost 8 per week), and there are some not so good reports about the whole bailout business & the economy. Fear not, citizen, an investor at Forbes throws around lots of blame and tells us about a light somewhere deep at the end of a tunnel (also, he throws in a plug for robotics & biotech... someone get BO on the Batphone).
