A study performed by Purdue University researcher Bullock is gaining attention from the Department of Homeland Security. It seems they've been doing studies at the new Indianapolis International Airport to track wait times at security checkpoints by looking for bluetooth signals from cell phones. Of course, they only "count" your device. They would never retain that information. If you didn't think that was a big enough invasion of privacy make sure the BT is also off when you're at Ross-Ade Stadium and driving around the campus for that matter.
