Marketing Fail

I love marketing fail. I received this HUD-inspired mortgage letter from Intercontinental Capital Group in the mail yesterday. If you check out the red arrow in the middle you'll see where their form letter says I haven't responded to their attempts to contact me but if you look up top this is the "FIRST NOTICE". I'm not so sure about an "Intercontinental" group that's based in New York that's licensed for the US only. Also, I'm not so sure I'd be willing to apply for a mortgage from a company that can't count.
