You don't really appreciate electricity until it's gone. Yep, the power's been out for a couple hours now. If this is how Al Gore intends to get the word out for Earth Day 2010, he can bite me. Luckily, I had a full battery and the UPS on the i-net's holding out. The storms killed the juice and now I'm sitting in the dark blogging. The power company's automated system says power should be restored at 10:03pm. It's now... er, eureka! It's 10:07pm and the power just came back on. Well, I guess I'll point my laptop to the nearest power supply for rejuicing. Kudos to the power company, their excellent timing and to all a good night.

Bloggin' Amish-Style
