Yummy, Ootatoes

I finally got a reprieve and had a chance to go out for lunch last week. I decided to hit up the regular Indian joint. My co-workers had spoken of a dish with an odd tuberous crop but I'd never seen it in person. I got to see a glimpse of their Vegtable Samosa made with, that's right, "Ootatoes & Peas". All I can say is yum... and "Than you very muhhh."
