The saying is, "Only in Vegas," right? Let's say you have a buttload of cash and you want to design a brain center that not only is a piece of art but can scare any Alzheimer patient retarded. Success! According to the folks at Medgadget, this center not only treats people with brain issues and it's supposed to represent the nature and function of the brain. Personally, looking at this may make people feel like their having a bad acid trip and cause them to admit themselves to the clinic for treatment. Allegedly, the designer's working on a center for reproductive health... ok, maybe not but if he were, I'd imagine it would start with a similar structure as the Washington Monument.
