Is your phone spying on you? Of course! Is it spying on you more than we originally thought?YES! If you have a HTC, iPhone, Blackberry or other Android phones, you may have a piece of software called Carrier IQ installed. Since Google already has enough spying tools, this is installed by carriers or phone manufacturers to help them "understand" how you use your device. Fantastic! If you have a rooted droid, feel free to shut this off. For the rest of the world... ha ha.... suck it.
